As lover of hot water (and I love Breitenbush- it's time for a visit!), I loved your post and look forward to reading the books your recommended (the library system had both- woo hoo!).

I am wondering if your headache could also have been caused by the intensity of the soaks you were taking. Sometimes I end up feeling a bit ill after a hot soak or a sauna- maybe toxins are released?

Your dreams sound like a blessing!
