I watch the birds and the dragonflies, get in some extra play with the dogs, read outside for hours at a time, and watch DVDs at night when I can't read any more. I do venture out, though, to stores that I don't have as much time to browse in as I would like and support local businesses by buying occasional vacation "souvenirs" that I identify even years later as being something I bought while on vacation at home...years before the "staycation" became a part of our lexicon.
